"Had my heat go out over the weekend and called some people but most couldn't fit me in and/or they were massively expensive. I went to a Facebook group for my town and asked for recommendations with Jay's being the only one to receive multiple mentions. I called and spoke with Joel. He understood my concerns and although he was booked for this week, he still came by on his way home. He rectified the issue and even explained what was wrong, why it happened, and how to go about handling it in the future. He was here for maybe 30-45 minutes and it cost me less than 100. Personable, knowledgeable, and cost effective? I will definitely be using Jay's again and recommending it to everyone I know in the area."
